Processing of personal data in accordance with the GDPR

QTable takes the protection of your personal data seriously. This privacy policy explains what data we collect, why we do so, and what rights you have under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

1. Who are we?

QTable is the controller for the processing of personal data as described in this privacy policy. For questions, please contact info@qtable.cloud.

2. What personal data do we process?

When you register for our platform, we collect the following data:

• Company name — to identify your account
• Email address — for communication and login credentials
• Subdomain — for your dedicated environment (e.g. yourcompany.qtable.cloud)
• Password — stored encrypted, never in plain text
• Selected plan — for billing and service
• IP address — for security and fraud prevention

3. Why do we process your data?

We process your personal data in order to:

• Create and manage your account and environment
• Create DNS records, database and SSL certificate for your subdomain
• Send confirmation emails and technical communications
• Provide support and customer service
• Comply with legal obligations

4. Legal basis (GDPR Art. 6)

We process your data on the basis of:

• Performance of a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR) — to deliver the service you register for
• Consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR) — for processing in line with this privacy policy, which you give explicitly at registration
• Legitimate interests (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR) — for security, fraud prevention and improving our services

5. Retention period

We keep your data for as long as your account is active and thereafter up to 7 years for administrative and tax purposes, unless the law requires a longer retention period.

6. Sharing with third parties

We do not sell your data. We only share data with parties necessary to provide the service, such as hosting providers (e.g. AWS), email services and payment processors. These parties are contractually bound to the same privacy and security standards.

7. Your rights

Under the GDPR you have the right to:

• Request access to your personal data
• Request rectification if data is incorrect
• Request erasure (“right to be forgotten”)
• Request restriction of processing
• Data portability — receive your data in a structured format
• Object to processing
• Lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority (in the Netherlands: the Dutch Data Protection Authority)

You can exercise your rights by contacting info@qtable.cloud. We respond within 30 days.

8. Security

We implement appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your data against loss, misuse and unauthorised access. Passwords are stored hashed; sensitive data is encrypted.

9. Changes

This privacy policy may be updated. The current version is always published on this page. We will inform you by email of significant changes.
